She has a cheerful and somewhat flighty demeanor, often expressing her fondness for things by calling them cute. She is a devoted mecha enthusiast who enjoys giving her favorite machines names and treating them with affection. In her role as a mechanic, she takes care of the team's equipment and even modifies her personal variable fighter to suit her preferences. Makina shares a particularly close bond with her fellow Walküre member Reina Prowler; the two live together and regard each other like sisters.
