TV-Series
Description
Liberta is an 18-year-old member of the Intelligence Division within the Arcana Famiglia, an organization that protects the island of Regalo. He has blonde hair and blue or cyan eyes, stands 173 centimeters tall, and bears a stigmata on his forehead that is usually hidden by his fringe. He also has two piercings on his left ear and wields a cutlass as his weapon. Liberta holds a contract with the number zero Arcana, known as The Fool, which grants him the ability to make whatever he says become reality. However, this power once went out of control, leading to his adoptive father Dante sealing his memories to prevent further harm.

Before being taken in by Dante, Liberta endured a difficult childhood marked by abuse, which caused him to speak in an emotionless manner. After Dante rescued and adopted him, he gradually transformed into a cheerful, energetic, and highly curious young man. He has a great love for the sea and sailing, considers himself a Man of the Sea, and enjoys collecting masks. He also admires masked heroes and looked up to Dante greatly. Despite his outward happiness, he retains a darker past that occasionally surfaces. He is impulsive and even more hot-headed than Felicità, the protagonist, and often clashes with Nova, with whom he has the most strained relationship.

Liberta is one of Felicità’s love interests and has been her childhood friend, affectionately calling her “Ojou.” He is also revealed to be her nephew, as his father Joshua is the half-brother of Felicità. His primary motivation throughout the story is to protect Felicità and support her in the Arcana Duello, the tournament that will decide the next leader of the family and her future husband. He hopes to win the tournament himself or help her secure her own freedom. As a soldier of the Intelligence Division, he takes on missions that involve diplomacy and information gathering, and he acts as a loyal and energetic ally to the rest of the family.

Over the course of the series, Liberta’s development is centered on reconciling his joyous present with the trauma of his past. His sealed memories and uncontrolled power represent a significant personal challenge, and his relationships with Dante and Felicità are key to his growth. He learns to trust others and channel his abilities more responsibly. His Arcana ability, while dangerous, makes him a formidable fighter, and his impulsive nature often drives the action forward.
