Description
Arisu Yotsuba, also known as Cure Rosetta, is the heiress to the Yotsuba Enterprises conglomerate. Her upbringing emphasized refinement and a diverse skill set including martial arts, music, and culinary arts. As a second-year student at Nanatsubashi Academy, she typically appears with light brown hair styled in buns, dark orange eyes, and elegant clothing such as frilly pastel yellow dresses. Gentle, calm, and sometimes bubbly, she values genuine friendships over social hierarchies. Despite her poised demeanor, she exhibits fierce protectiveness toward friends and can unleash intense outbursts she later regrets. Her childhood friendship with Mana Aida and Rikka Hishikawa began when they ventured into her family’s mansion garden. Mana once defended her from bullies, and later Arisu intervened using martial arts when the bullies returned, which initially made her hesitant to wield her strength offensively. Embracing her identity as Cure Rosetta resolved this internal conflict, allowing her to safeguard allies. Her father, Seiji Yotsuba, silently acknowledges her secret role after witnessing her heroism during a crisis. As Cure Rosetta, her powers specialize in defense and support. Signature techniques include Rosetta Wall, a sturdy barrier; Rosetta Reflection, a clover-shaped energy shield used for defense or purification; and Rosetta Balloon, which deploys light ribbons or summons her fairy partner, Lance. Her transformation uses the Lovely Commune and the chant "Pretty Cure Love Link," and she finishes with the introduction "The warmth of the sun! Cure Rosetta!" Her yellow motif symbolizes warmth and steadfast resilience. In crossover films, she allies with other Pretty Cure teams to confront threats, providing strategic support, neutralizing nightmares, and rescuing others. Her narrative balances the duties of a corporate heiress with her role as a Cure, driven by a vision to channel her family’s influence toward universal happiness.
