Françoise Arnoul, designated Cyborg 003, is a character from the 1966 anime film Cyborg 009 and its sequel, Cyborg 009: Monster Wars. She is the sole female member of the 00 Cyborg team created by the evil Black Ghost organization.
Originally from Versailles, France, Françoise was a young woman in her mid-to-late teens with a slim build and long, waist-length auburn hair that curls up at the ends, which she typically holds back with a pink headband. Her eyes are a dark blue color. As a member of the 00 Cyborgs, she wears a uniform similar in style to her male teammates, though hers is a deep pink color to distinguish her as the team's only female member.
