Description
Ren Hazuki, a third-year student at Yuigaoka Girls' High School, resides near campus in an isolated mansion with her pet dog Chibi and maid Saya. As the founder's daughter, she initially served as student council president and participated in the music program while favoring the general uniform. Her appearance features long black hair tied in a high ponytail with a white and pastel blue ribbon, hazel eyes, and a height of 163 cm. Her image color is sapphire blue. Born November 24th with blood type A, she enjoys consomme soup, strawberries, and Darjeeling tea.

Raised in affluence, Ren mastered calligraphy, art, English, ballet, swimming, piano, and figure skating. Her family fractured when her father left overseas after clashing with her mother Hana, who founded Yuigaoka. Hana’s later death from health complications left Ren solely with staff, driving her to fulfill her mother’s dream of elevating the school’s prestige. Misinterpreting Hana’s concealed idol history as regret over failing to save her prior school, Ren opposed Yuigaoka’s idol activities and attempted to disband early groups.

Kanon Shibuya’s discovery of the Jingu Music School Idol Club Diary—revealing Hana cherished her idol days—resolved Ren’s misunderstanding using a key Ren had given Kanon. Ren then joined Liella! as the fifth member, embracing her mother’s legacy while boosting the school’s reputation. She resigned as student council president before becoming Yuigaoka’s first graduate.

Ren speaks formally and politely, initially struggling with casual conversation and camera communication due to limited internet exposure. Disciplined and orderly, her personality softened in Liella!, revealing kindness, emotional sensitivity, and tearfulness. A playful naivety emerges around unfamiliar topics, like her secret second-year video gaming hobby—later shared with supportive group members. She lives by the motto "Never forget why you started."

Within Liella!, Ren performs in sub-unit KALEIDOSCORE and contributes to songs including "Hajimari wa Kimi no Sora," "Dreaming Energy," and "START!! True dreams." She is the tallest Liella! member, the franchise’s first character with a confirmed deceased parent who was a former school idol, and the third depicted with an interest in yuri-themed content.
