Description
Keough, also known as Haze, is a character from Ragnarok The Animation. He is the older brother of Yufa, one of the main characters, and holds the profession of a knight. His background is tied to his childhood friendship with Iruga, another key figure in the story, which led him to accompany Iruga on a perilous investigation of the abandoned ruins of Glast Heim. During this expedition, the group was forced to flee from powerful monsters. When their escape route was blocked by an Abysmal Knight, Keough made a sacrificial decision to distract the creature, allowing Iruga to lead Roan and Yufa to safety. As the doors of Glast Heim closed, Keough was stabbed and seemingly perished.
It is later revealed that Keough did not die, but was instead corrupted and brainwashed by the Dark Lord, becoming his subordinate. The weapon that struck him was a Blade Lost in Darkness, a detail that symbolically reflects his transformation into a servant of evil.
