Description
Yui Kamiki acts as secretary to Tenshin Otori, ruler of Neo-Tokyo and leader of the Chiyoda Tribe. She stands 170 cm tall and weighs 46 kg. Publicly, she presents a quiet, demure demeanor while serving the Otori family. Privately, a cold and calculating nature drives her, fueled by absolute loyalty to the Otori regime. She demonstrates readiness to commit any act, including violence, against perceived threats to the family's interests.

Her methods involve eliminating critics and opponents of the Otori family, with numerous individuals who interfered or challenged the family reportedly meeting their end through her actions. This ruthless enforcement reveals a psychopathic nature, as she derives pleasure from inflicting harm and exhibits extreme brutality even when it contradicts direct orders. Her tendency toward excessive violence led to dismissal by Ojiro Otori for disobeying commands during missions, as she focused instead on attempting to kill opposing team members. Despite Ojiro's status as a primary antagonist, her actions display a more sinister quality.

Following Ojiro Otori's overthrow and killing of his father Tenshin, Yui Kamiki shifts her allegiance to Ojiro as the new head of the Chiyoda Tribe. Her loyalty proves conditional and strategic. As Ojiro assumes power, she positions herself as a behind-the-scenes manipulator, initiating plans to dominate Neo-Tokyo from the shadows, effectively becoming a treacherous advisor. This transition establishes her as a secondary antagonist, leveraging her access and influence to advance her own agenda for control after facilitating the rise of new leadership.

Her character maintains a consistent focus on consolidating power through subterfuge and violence. No significant redemption arc or alteration in her core motivations is documented. She remains defined by devotion to the Otori family's authority—first Tenshin, then Ojiro—while simultaneously exploiting her position to enact her own schemes for dominance, ultimately aiming to rule Neo-Tokyo covertly after Ojiro's ascension.
