Mikako Komatsu is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, born on November 11, 1988. She is affiliated with the talent agency Hirata Office and is also signed to the music label Toy's Factory for her singing career. Komatsu is a graduate of Otsuma Women's University.

Komatsu began her entertainment career as a member of the idol group "Imouto," which she left in September 2007. She joined Hirata Office in November 2009 and made her debut as a voice actor the following year. Her first leading role was the protagonist Joseph Carter "Joey" Jones in the 2010 anime series Heroman. This was a notable debut, as she voiced a male character. Early in her career, she was also inspired to pursue voice acting after seeing the performance of actress Ayasa Saito.

In 2012, Komatsu expanded her career into music, making her singer debut with the ending theme song "Black Holy" for the anime series Bodacious Space Pirates, in which she also starred as Marika Kato. Her music has been featured as theme songs for various anime, and several of her singles and albums have charted in the top 20 of the Oricon charts. She was originally signed to Starchild (King Records) before transferring to Toy's Factory in July 2016.

Throughout her career, Komatsu has portrayed a wide variety of characters, demonstrating her versatility. Some of her most notable and recurring roles include Neko in the K project series, Seishiro Tsugumi in Nisekoi, Saika Totsuka in My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, and Miuna Shiodome in Nagi-Asu: A Lull in the Sea. She has also taken on leading roles in major franchises, such as Madoka Kaguya / Cure Selene in Star Twinkle PreCure, Setsuna in Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, Maki Zen'in in Jujutsu Kaisen, Maam in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, and Rebecca Bluegarden in Edens Zero. Her filmography also includes roles like Gamo-chan in Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro, Fels in the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? franchise, Lupusregina Beta in Overlord, and Arte in Arte.

For her work, Mikako Komatsu received the Best Supporting Actress Award at the 16th Seiyu Awards in 2022. She has also received nominations from the Anime Trending Awards, including for Best Voice Acting Performance for her roles in Aoharu x Machinegun and Re:Creators.
