Risa Nakayama is a 19-year-old second-year student at Kouka School of Musical and Theatrical Arts. She serves as Sarasa Watanabe's student-advisor and mentor, guiding the first-year through the school's rigorous performing arts curriculum. Her personality blends strictness with refreshing support, creating an older sister-like dynamic. This manifests in her dedication to upholding school standards while actively advocating for her mentees, including intervening to protect Sarasa from bullying.

Physically, she possesses dark violet hair and violet eyes. As a senior student, she fulfills responsibilities within the Kouka School structure, which trains performers for the all-female Kouka Revue theatrical company. The character appears in multiple adaptations, including anime and stage plays. In the stage play sequel announced for December 2024, Ibuki Mita portrays her.
