Originally born a man, her background is rooted in deception and fraud; she was a notorious swindler and liar before her life changed after meeting her leader, Saint-Germain. Using advanced alchemy, Saint-Germain biologically remade Cagliostro into what is described as the perfect form of a woman, a transformation that also granted her eternal youth and an extended lifespan that spans hundreds of years. Taking on the name of the historical Italian magician Alessandro di Cagliostro, she abandoned her past as a con artist and joined the Illuminati's inner circle.
