OVA
Description
Sayuki navigates and co-drives alongside Mako Sato for racing team Impact Blue. She shares driving duties in their Nissan SilEighty, viewing it as their joint car despite lacking formal ownership papers. Her core responsibility is delivering real-time tactical commands during races—issuing obstacle warnings, marking braking zones, and guiding drift techniques. This precision cements Impact Blue's standing as one of Gunma's top duos, especially on Usui Pass.

Cheerful and outgoing, Sayuki openly admires attractive men, flirting with figures like the Takahashi brothers and Takumi Fujiwara. She playfully teases teammate Mako about Mako's mutual romantic interest in Iketani, though misunderstandings stalled their relationship.

Her competitive history includes challenging Takumi Fujiwara during his rise as Akina's downhill ace. In that race, she commanded Mako to execute a deliberate spinout after entering a corner too fast, averting a potential crash. Takumi narrowly evaded their stopped car to win. Post-defeat, Sayuki invited Takumi and his friends to a pool event, developing an overt crush and calling him "cute and lovable."

Later, she met Emperor members Nakazato and Shingo at a family restaurant, where they warned Impact Blue about Emperor's Gunma incursions. Nakazato showed romantic interest in her. Subsequently, she and Mako defeated an Emperor scouting party before joining Nakazato and Shingo for winter activities at a snow park.

She witnessed Takumi's rematch against Ryosuke Takahashi at Akagi, noting both drivers' progress. During Project D's campaign, she and Mako confronted disrespectful Altezza drivers at Usui Pass. Sayuki observed Mako's refined skills and specifically instructed her to overtake before the C-121 corner, securing the pass. She later teased Iketani during his unexpected parking lot reunion with Mako.

Observing Takumi's final race against Shinji Inui, Sayuki noted Shinji's similarities to Takumi. When Shinji overtook Takumi near their viewpoint, she interpreted the move as an attempt to impress Mako. In a later timeline shown in Final Stage's end credits, she supported Mako's professional racing career at Twin Ring Motegi, cheering with Impact Blue fans as Mako competed in a race-tuned SilEighty.

Her background remains largely unexplored, with no surname revealed in official media. Known elements include her childhood friendship with Mako and their shared development of a passion for motorsport and racing. No visual details appear in official media, nor is involvement in "Initial D to the Next Stage - Project D e Mukete" indicated.
