Description
Kokuyou is a character from the anime Tsugumomo, where she serves as a supporting shrine maiden and the dedicated servant of the god Kukuri. Her origin is that of a transformed crow who was summoned by Kukuri to act as her attendant. In her human form, she appears as a tall and slender woman. She is characterized by a notably poor ability to identify and remember faces, which leads to instances where she confuses different characters for one another and struggles to recall them later. She also possesses an exceptionally large appetite, a trait that immediately becomes apparent. Her role in the story is primarily that of a priestess at the Hakusan temple, where she assists Kukuri with divine duties. Her key relationships stem from this position, with her loyalty to Kukuri forming the center of her character, while her interactions with figures like Kazuya Kagami and Shirou Shiramine are often marked by her facial recognition difficulties. In terms of abilities, Kokuyou can transform between her human form and that of a crow, an inherent power that also grants her the ability to fly. Her development centers on her role as a faithful servant, though she largely remains a consistent presence defined by her loyal, somewhat scatterbrained demeanor and her peculiar habits.
