Kristina von Weltzien is a German voice actress, born in Kiel in 1973. She is the daughter of actress Isabella Grothe and trained at the Schauspielstudio Frese in Hamburg. Her career began with small roles, but she secured her first leading parts as a voice actress starting in 1994.

Von Weltzien has built an extensive career lending her voice to characters in a wide variety of animated and live-action productions. In the realm of anime, she is recognized for several prominent roles. She voices the powerful magician Merlin in the series The Seven Deadly Sins, a role she has reprised for The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky. She is also the German voice of Izumi Nase in Beyond the Boundary and Hilde Thorvald in the film Expelled from Paradise. Her other anime credits include the title character Tamala in Tamala 2010, Janice Quatlane in Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva, and Noin in both the Mobile Suit Gundam Wing series and the Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Special Edition. In the series Glitter Force Doki Doki, she voices the character Marmo. Her extensive filmography also includes roles in The Ancient Magus' Bride, The Apothecary Diaries, and Little Witch Academia, among many others.

Beyond anime, von Weltzien's work is well-known to German audiences from numerous live-action series and films. She provided the German voice for Tess McLeod in McLeods Töchter and for Agent Grace Van Pelt in The Mentalist. She has also dubbed actresses such as Kate Beckinsale, Gemma Arterton, and Eliza Dushku in various productions. In addition to her on-screen work, she is an active voice artist for audio dramas and audiobooks, with credits in popular German series like Die drei???, TKKG, and Hanni und Nanni. Her talent has been recognized within the industry; in 2004, she was nominated for the award for best female leading dubbing role at the Gala der großen Stimmen for her work in the film Lilja 4-ever.
