Cleo is a supporting character in the anime Alice & Zoroku. He is a young boy with white hair that is cut to ear-length and gray eyes, appearing to be a child in age.

Cleo is introduced as a Dream of Alice, a person possessing supernatural abilities, who resides in the same government research facility from which the main character Sana escapes. He is depicted as a bright and calm individual who is often seen with a sketchbook, constantly drawing. His ability, which can be described as Art Initiates Life, allows him to bring his drawings into reality; he can create physical objects simply by sketching them. Examples of this power include creating a cardboard robot and drawing a replica of Zoroku's car to help locate Sana.

In the story, Cleo is part of a group sent by the research facility to recapture Sana. He works alongside other Dream of Alice characters, including the twins Asahi and Yonaga Hinagiri, and the powerful Minnie C. Despite cooperating with her on the mission, Cleo personally does not like Minnie C. He notably comments on her perpetual smile, observing that a person who is always smiling is no different from one who never smiles.

Despite being set up as a potentially significant character, Cleo ultimately has a very small presence in the anime, with one reviewer noting his total dialogue amounts to only about five minutes. After his initial involvement in the arc involving Sana's recapture, he effectively disappears from the narrative and is not seen again, which has been described as an oversight by the production. As such, he does not undergo any significant development, and his relationships outside of his brief mission are not explored. His role remains that of a minor antagonist who is part of the group pursuing the main character, and his most notable contribution is his unique creative ability to manifest his drawings.
