Kayo Sugisaki is a witch from the anime 18if, known as the First Love Witch. In the real world, she is physically weak and frail, but within the dream world, she is able to live as a cheerful and energetic girl enjoying a normal high school life. She is also noted to be fond of cats.

Her role in the story extends beyond her own experiences. Following her death, she continues to exist as a presence within the dream world where other witches can communicate with her, and she assists them in their search for the protagonist Haruto Tsukishiro's physical body. Physically, she is depicted as a teenage girl with short black hair reaching her neck and brown eyes.
