Jeannie Tirado is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in anime dubbing, animation, and video games. Born on July 19, 1990, and raised in Orlando, Florida, she is of Puerto Rican descent. Her early inspiration to pursue a career in voice acting came from a childhood love of Disney films, particularly The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. Tirado graduated from college with a degree in music and initially worked as a vocalist on various albums before transitioning into voice acting.

Tirado's career in anime began to gain prominence in the mid-2010s, and she has since voiced a wide array of characters. Among her most recognized roles are Norman in The Promised Neverland, Catarina Claes in My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, and Lutz in Ascendance of a Bookworm.
