Lotus Whomalt is a senior mage from the Diamond Kingdom who serves as an Adjutant General. He is known by the epithets Hell Lotus and Lotus of the Abyss. A prominent diagonal scar runs across his chest, from the upper left to the lower right, a wound inflicted by Yami Sukehiro during a conflict.
