ONA
Description
Pigmon, whose real name is Tomomi Okada, is a recurring character in the Kaiju Girls anime series. She is a kaiju girl who inherited the kaiju soul of Pigmon, a friendly exotic creature originally native to Tatara Island. In her human form, she has long red hair and yellow eyes, and she usually appears with a gentle smile on her face. Her personality is friendly and warm, and she is almost always cheerful, though she can also come across as frightening at times even while she is smiling.

Tomomi's character reflects the nature of the original Pigmon kaiju, which is described as benevolent and well-disposed toward humans. In keeping with that, her main motivation is to help people and support other kaiju girls. She serves as the main idol of GIRLS, the international organization dedicated to kaiju rescue and guidance, and she acts as an instructor who looks after new recruits. In the story, she is the one who introduces the Soulrizer, a device that allows girls carrying the spirit of an Ultra Kaiju to transform into kaiju girls, which makes her a significant figure within the organization. She is also a founding member of GIRLS, with her involvement going back to the group's early days alongside the researcher Makoto.

Tomomi is a supportive presence for the younger members of the group, guiding them as they settle into their roles. Her relationships with the other kaiju girls are generally positive and friendly, fitting her position as a welcoming senior figure. During the course of the series, she appears as a steady recurring presence, and her importance is tied more to her early contributions to GIRLS and to her mentoring of newcomers than to dramatic personal change.

In terms of abilities, her kaiju form inherits the traits of the original Pigmon. She possesses sharp intelligence and can move swiftly and agilely on spring-like legs, which she can use to draw the attention of enemies. Her combat ability, however, is almost negligible. Like other kaiju girls, she has a baseline level of superhuman strength, but she has no special fighting powers and tires very easily, even during ordinary physical activities such as sports training. Her value to the group lies mainly in her intelligence, her idol-like popularity, and her ability to encourage and support others rather than in direct combat.
