Sora Tokui is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and manga artist from Minamibōsō, Chiba Prefecture, born on December 26, 1989. She is affiliated with the agency Avex Pictures. Inspired to enter the industry by voice actress Yūko Miyamura, she made her debut in 2009 with a role in the anime series Weiß Survive R. Her first major lead role came the following year as Nero Yuzurizaki in Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, a franchise in which she became a recurring presence and a member of the associated singer group, Milky Holmes.

Tokui is widely recognized for her portrayal of Nico Yazawa in the massively popular Love Live! School Idol Project series. As a central member of the fictional idol group μ's, she performed in numerous concerts and contributed to various character and unit songs, including those for the sub-unit BiBi. Her work with μ's culminated in a performance at the prestigious NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen in 2015 and the group's final concert at Tokyo Dome in 2016. Alongside this signature role, she has built an extensive and diverse filmography across anime and video games.

In anime, her many roles include Maya Jōga in the Is the order a rabbit? series, Popuko in Pop Team Epic, Reina in Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!, Kurumi Nekomai in Seton Academy: Welcome to the Pack, Kyōka in Tsugumomo, Nao in Banished From The Heroes' Party, Ema Yoshiike in PuraOre! Pride of Orange, Hanabi in Senran Kagura Shinovi Master, Kei Aonaji in Yatogame-chan Kansatsu Nikki 4 Satsume, and Kusabi in AMAZING STRANGER. She also voices characters in long-running franchises like Jujutsu Kaisen as Akari Nitta and Uma Musume Pretty Derby as T.M. Opera O. In the video game realm, her roles include Momoi Saiba in Blue Archive, Hook in Honkai: Star Rail, and Blanc in Goddess of Victory: Nikke.

Beyond voice acting, Tokui is an accomplished manga artist. Her original four-panel manga, Mahou Shoujo Jitaku-chan, began serialization in 2011, and her work Makeruna!! Aku no Gundan! was adapted into an anime television series in 2017. She is also a picture book author, having released Panda no Oshigoto! in 2018. In 2020, she expanded her activities to include content creation, launching a YouTube channel and debuting a Virtual YouTuber avatar.
