Honoka Saijō serves as the energetic president of Seifu High School's Photography Club. Her bubbly personality and constant search for photo opportunities frequently bring her into conflict with the disciplinary committee or student council. The club operates an illicit website selling voyeuristic pictures of unsuspecting female students, captured via hidden cameras in private spaces like toilets and changing rooms, or through candid shots. All female club members participate; some images involve photographing members as models and digitally superimposing other students' faces.

This operation is eventually exposed. The student council president, Ui Wakana, destroys the SD card containing the illicit photos. As part of redirecting Honoka's skills toward legitimate activities, Ui assigns her the role of official festival photographer. This position requires dual approval from Ui and Rin Misumi, the disciplinary committee head. While Honoka begins developing genuine photography talent under this role, Rin provides necessary oversight to ensure appropriate conduct.

In the second season, Honoka's flirtatious behavior toward Hayato Izumi sparks jealousy in Rin Misumi. Her relentless pursuit of sensational scoops also drives her to stalk Ui Wakana. Despite her initial misconduct, Honoka's narrative trajectory shows reformation, marking her transition from exploitative practices toward constructive applications of her photographic interests.
