Description
Misuzu Sonokata is a second-year middle school student at Shirobori Middle School and an officer in the space police organization ēlDLIVE, assigned to the Solar System District Station. At school, she is widely admired for her angelic appearance, academic excellence, and athletic skill, which make her popular among her peers. However, she has a difficult temper and a sharp tongue, causing most boys to keep their distance. She speaks in a polite, refined manner but does not hesitate to deliver blunt criticism, especially toward those she considers incompetent or annoying.
Misuzu was originally assigned by her superior, Laine Blick, to observe her classmate Chuuta Kokonose after the ēlDLIVE computer identified him as a suitable candidate for recruitment. After watching him for some time, she concluded that he was not fit to become an officer, believing him to be a pervert based on his behavior during a class and judging him as lacking teamwork experience due to his solitary nature. She openly expressed this opinion in front of Chuuta and other ēlDLIVE members. She takes great pride in being an officer and treats her duties with utmost seriousness, which initially leads her to refuse to acknowledge Chuuta as an official member or accept his help, frequently criticizing his lack of experience.
Her motivation for joining ēlDLIVE stems from a desire to forge her own path. She resents her father and joined the organization specifically to avoid following the life he had planned for her. This sense of independence drives her to be highly professional and self-reliant in her work.
