Saori Hayami is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on May 29, 1991, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise and, as a singer, is signed to Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Japan. Hayami is a graduate of Waseda University.

Her interest in voice acting began during elementary school. She started formal training in 2004 at the Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyūjo, a voice acting training school. Her career commenced after she successfully passed an audition for I'm Enterprise in 2006. She made her voice acting debut in a drama CD for Indian Summer, and her anime debut followed in 2007 with her first major role as the heroine Momoka Kawakabe in Touka Gettan.

Hayami is widely recognized for her wide vocal range and ability to portray a diverse array of characters, from quiet and reserved individuals to more expressive and comedic roles. Her performance as Hatoko Kushikawa in When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace, featuring a lengthy and emotionally charged monologue, is frequently cited as a standout example of her talent. In addition to her acting, she is an accomplished singer and pianist, having begun piano lessons at the age of four. She made her debut as a solo singer in 2015 with the single Yasashii Kibou, which served as the opening theme for the anime series Snow White with the Red Hair, in which she also voiced the lead character, Shirayuki.

She has also voiced characters in long-running franchises such as One Piece (Yamato) and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations (Himawari Uzumaki). In 2016, Hayami was honored with the Best Supporting Actress award at the 10th Seiyu Awards, a prestigious annual ceremony recognizing excellence in voice acting. Since 2011, she has hosted her own radio show, Hayami Saori no Free Style, which won a general category award at the 3rd Aniradi Awards in 2017.
