Description
Emerging as a newborn fairy from the Linkle Smartbook discovered by Mirai and Liko, Ha-chan's origins are a mystery. Initially infantile, she exhibits toddler-like behavior: playful, moody when ignored, and sleepy after eating or drinking, often retreating into the Smartbook. Her early form features pink hair, turquoise eyes with pink flower markings, and evolving attire from a mint onesie to floral dresses as she matures through baby, toddler, young girl, and finally human stages matching her caretakers' age.

Exposure to the No Magic World and the influence of Mirai's curiosity and Liko's diligence accelerates her growth. She eventually sheds her wings and eye markings, fully embracing a human identity named Hanami Kotoha. The surname "Hanami" (花海, "sea of flowers"), suggested by Liko, recalls Kotoha's memory of a Fairy Village flower field. The given name "Kotoha" (ことは, "word" or "spell") reflects her magical roots and the power of language, symbolizing her acceptance of both human experience and magical heritage.

Using the Emerald Linkle Stone, she transforms into Cure Felice (キュアフェリーチェ), the Pretty Cure of Life. This form restores her floral eye markings and grants light pink knee-length hair in braided twin-tails, butterfly-winged accessories, and a floral costume with vine details and turquoise daisy-adorned boots. Her transformation phrase is "Felice・Fun Fun・Flowerle!". Wielding the Flower Echo Wand, her primary attack is Emerald Reincarnation. Later power-ups include Alexandrite Style, featuring a floor-length turquoise vine-wrapped dress with an Alexandrite gemstone, and Heartful Style, adding angelic wings and a predominantly white winged costume symbolizing advanced life-giving abilities.

Her personality evolves: retaining core kindness and optimism, Cure Felice displays greater composure, though flashes of childish enthusiasm remain. She grapples with identity confusion over being the untrained reincarnation and successor of Mother RaPaPa. This conflict resolves upon her acceptance of her destiny as "Mother RaPaPa II" or "Inheritor of Mother RaPaPa." This goddess form manifests with elongated pink hair in a bun, a long white floral-emblem dress, and the return of her floral eye markings. In this role, she oversees the Magic and No Magic Worlds, embracing her dual nature as human and deity.

Key relationships shape her: Mirai and Liko are viewed as maternal figures whose pride she seeks; Mofurun serves as a supportive older sister. A profound bond forms with the merman prince Jade; she loves him unconditionally despite initial hostility, risks herself to break his curse, and promises reunion, indicating romantic feelings. She befriends Souta through soccer and later saves him from Chronosto's curse. She creates Hisui by separating part of her magic for protection during an attack; after initial distress over Hisui's disappearance, she accepts Hisui as an integral aspect of herself upon reunion.

Her powers center on life and rebirth. Beyond combat abilities like the group attack Extreme Rainbow and sub-attack Linkle Pink Tourmaline, she manipulates the Linkle Smartbook and Linkle Stones to grant abilities, generate food or clothing, and amplify other Cures' magic. A pivotal act sees her use her life energy to counteract Dokurokushe's dark magic, temporarily sacrificing her fairy powers to become fully human before embracing her Cure Felice destiny, underscoring her connection to life's cycles and sacrifice.
