Description
Fubuki, known by her hero alias Blizzard of Hell, is the B-Class Rank 1 professional hero. She is an esper who serves as the charismatic and ambitious leader of the Blizzard Group, a large faction of B-Class heroes. As the younger sister of the immensely powerful S-Class hero Tatsumaki, the two are often referred to together as the Psychic Sisters.
Fubuki has a youthful and striking appearance, characterized by her straight, chin-length dark green hair styled into a sharp bob with a fringe and light green eyes. She typically wears an expensive, form-fitting dark royal-green V-neck dress with a high collar, often draped in a long white fur coat, complemented by thigh-high black heeled boots and pearl necklaces, reflecting her belief in the saying that clothes define the person.
