Daichi Nagaoka, also known by the code name Gold Cocoon, is a character who appears as a supporting figure and later an antagonist in the Hand Shakers narrative. He is a 30-year-old researcher with a background in the study of Hand Shakers, standing 179 centimeters tall with black hair, black eyes, and a tanned complexion, often seen wearing a suit and glasses, which gives him a consistently stern and serious appearance.
