Christopher Wehkamp is an American voice actor extensively known for his work in English dubs of anime series, primarily for Crunchyroll (formerly Funimation). Born in Marietta, Georgia on February 25, 1979, he was raised in Dallas, Texas from the age of four and considers himself a native Texan. His interest in voice acting was sparked by the anime Robotech, and he pursued this career after being encouraged by a theater director who recognized his vocal talent. Wehkamp began his professional voice acting career in 2012 at Funimation and has since become a prolific figure in the industry.

Wehkamp is perhaps best recognized for his portrayal of Shota Aizawa, also known as Eraserhead, in the long-running and popular series My Hero Academia, a role he has voiced across multiple seasons, films, and video games. He has also taken on significant roles in other major franchises, including Miles Edgeworth in Ace Attorney, Takehisa Hinawa in Fire Force, Tatara in Tokyo Ghoul, and Ruijerd Superdia in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. His filmography demonstrates a wide vocal range, encompassing authoritative figures, villains, and comedic characters across numerous series. Among his many other credits are the roles of Wang Jiao in The Daily Life of the Immortal King, Eita Takasugi in Aoashi, Bebin in Ranking of Kings, and Sebastian Moran in Moriarty the Patriot.

Beyond performing, Wehkamp has also contributed to the industry as an ADR voice director. His directing credits include work on English dubs for popular series such as My Hero Academia, Fire Force, and SK8 the Infinity. He is also the creator of Merrygrove Forest, a series of original children's audio stories. A graduate of the University of North Texas, he continues to work and reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
