This experience solidified his core belief in "Might Makes Right." Mikuni orchestrated the kidnapping of Ai Shindo's scientist father, coercing him to create the satellite-controlled drone system Mobius. The forced labor's psychological toll drove the scientist to suicide. Mikuni then targeted Ai Shindo herself to acquire Mobius's activation key, deploying armed assailants in a public pursuit. He simultaneously manipulated Kaori by rekindling their past relationship, aiming to isolate her from Ryo Saeba while advancing his agenda.
