Kasumi Barnet Midō is a former military operative who voluntarily submitted to participate in an experimental growth enhancement program. The procedure encountered an unforeseen failure, resulting in her physical transformation into the appearance of a fourteen-year-old girl. Her resulting stature is a modest 141 centimeters, or approximately four feet eight inches tall.
