Description
Miou Suguri is a high school student and a vocalist in the band Silent Black Kitty, having previously been a member of the group in NO hurry to shout. She has short dark hair parted to the left and violet eyes. Initially portrayed as reserved and shy, Miou struggles with singing in public after a childhood friend moved away, which caused her to withdraw from performing. Her personality is characterized by sweetness, selflessness, and a strong impulse to care for others, sometimes at the expense of her own happiness. After joining her school’s music club and meeting Nino Arisugawa, she finds new inspiration and gradually overcomes her fears, growing into a more confident and assured performer. Her voice is notably emotive, allowing her to connect deeply with listeners. Miou plays a supportive role in the story, often putting her friends’ needs first, and her relationships with fellow band members—including her childhood friend Yoshito Haruno and the other musicians around her—are central to her personal growth. Her development from a hesitant, withdrawn teen to a self-assured artist is a significant thread in the narrative.
