Non Toyoguchi is a student at the Setouchi Keijo Training School. She initially resided in Room 309 before earning promotion to the Elite Class. Nicknamed the Clumsy Girl due to her frequent, endearing clumsiness, she possesses an hourglass figure with long light crimson hair tied into pigtails, raspberry-colored eyes, and fair skin. Her personality is sweet, bubbly, and cheerful; she is almost always smiling and carries a friendly, energetic demeanor. Non comes from a humble village background where her father served as mayor. She regularly helped him with farming, but the village's population was declining. Motivated by this, she decided to become a professional Keijo player in the hope that her fame would attract people to her hometown and boost its birth rate.

In the story, Non is a supporting character who participates in the training camp and later in the annual East-West War event between Setouchi and Suruga Keijo Training Schools, where she competes to prove her school's superiority. After graduating from Setouchi, she officially becomes a B-Rank Keijo player affiliated with the Kyushu Kagoshima Branch and eventually advances to A-Rank. Her key relationships include her fellow students and rivals, though she maintains a friendly and competitive bond with them. Over the course of the series, Non develops from a clumsy, small-town girl into a determined and skilled professional, never giving up even in the face of defeat. Her notable ability is a signature technique known as Breast Hypnosis, which disorients opponents by shaking her chest to distract them. Her unwavering passion for the sport and her commitment to her goal make her a memorable presence among the cast.
