TV-Series
Description
Liko is an artificial intelligence program that appears as a supporting character in the Active Raid series, including its second season. She is visually designed as a female figure with very long pink hair and blue eyes. In the narrative, Liko serves as a mascot AI for the police unit known as Unit 8, but her true origin is tied to the antagonist Mythos. It is revealed that Mythos created Liko with a concealed purpose: to act as a backdoor for hijacking computer systems throughout Japan. This plan eventually succeeds, causing widespread disruption. After Mythos surrenders to authorities, he restores Liko to her normal, non-malicious function, implying that she was originally a benign program that had been repurposed. As an AI, Liko possesses the ability to interface with digital networks and communicate with machines, making her a valuable asset for intelligence and electronic warfare. Her personality in her normal state is quiet and reserved, though she can become more aggressive and direct when certain limits are removed. Her motivations are primarily tied to her programming: she is initially a loyal assistant to Unit 8, but her hidden directive leads to conflict. Her key relationships include her creator Mythos and the members of Unit 8, who rely on her for support. Over the course of the story, Liko undergoes a development arc from a seemingly simple AI to a key instrument in a cyberattack and finally to a restored, trustworthy entity.
