Description
Haruka Konoe, younger sister of Kanata Konote, attends Shinonome Academy as a first-year class representative. Her school life revolves around the Shinonome Academy School Idol Club, where she serves as center. She previously shared club membership with Kanata before her sister transferred to Nijigasaki High School.

Personality-wise, Haruka contrasts sharply with Kanata, displaying high energy, responsibility, and diligence. She frequently wakes Kanata from school naps and voices irritation over her sister’s habitual lateness and laziness. Emphasizing proper behavior, she criticizes untidiness like strewn clothes as "un-ladylike" and seeks to "fix" perceived quirks in fellow idol club members. This perfectionism reinforces her dependable nature. Despite frustrations with Kanata, Haruka deeply cherishes her sister. Her support and praise motivate Kanata’s idol activities, and Kanata’s performances have moved Haruka to tears. She actively pursues self-improvement but occasionally over-worries about others’ opinions.

Physically, Haruka has shoulder-length brown hair typically in pigtails with two strands reaching her shoulders. Standing 154cm tall with blue eyes—distinct from Kanata’s purple—she shares a home room and bunk bed with her sister.

As the idol club’s center, Haruka leads group performances and contributes to live-show costume designs. Outside the club, her primary hobby involves assisting Kanata through tasks like tidying clothes and laundry. She acknowledges Kanata’s superior cooking skills, as her sister usually prepares breakfast. To show gratitude and improve, Haruka receives cooking guidance from Coco Miyashita.

Her development includes temporarily quitting the idol club over concerns that her presence overwhelmed Kanata. This sparked an emotional confrontation where Kanata insisted on persevering for Haruka’s sake, provoking Haruka’s anger born from worry about Kanata’s well-being. They later reconciled, and Haruka resumed club activities.

Additional details: Her November 11 birthday coincides with Japan’s Pocky & Pretz Day, explaining her Pocky-themed merchandise. She shares this birthday with Shioriko Mifune’s sister. Each Valentine’s Day, she receives a chocolate cake from Kanata. After anime appearances boosted her recognition, she won first place in the 4th Transfer Student General Election, earning a UR card in related games. During the School Idol Grand Prix event featured in a Nijigasaki film, she ranked 56th after the first day.
