Description
Kikiriku is a minor character from the Imuchakk tribe and is the first child of the warrior Hinahoho and his wife Rurumu. He is notable for his interactions with the assassin-turned-administrator Ja'far during a mission in the Reim Empire.

Physically, Kikiriku possesses the characteristic traits of his people. Despite being an infant, barely a year old at the time of his first appearance, he already has a surprisingly solid build and stands nearly as tall as Ja'far, who is eleven years older than him. He wears the typical garments of Imuchakk boys and has distinct, spiked hair.

His personality is that of a typical, very active infant. He is playful, often seen smiling, giggling, and constantly in motion, which can be exhausting for the adults around him. At the same time, he is easily frightened and prone to crying when hurt or scared, as shown when he falls while trying to chase a butterfly.

Kikiriku is the son of Hinahoho and Rurumu, and he seems to hold great affection for his parents. His most significant relationship, however, is with Ja'far. During a supply stop in the port city of Napolya, Kikiriku was left in Ja'far's care. The infant quickly became a handful for the reluctant caretaker, playfully pulling on him and eventually destroying Ja'far's compass and map, which led the pair to become lost on the city's outskirts. Kikiriku's role in the story is largely defined by this incident. While Ja'far is momentarily distracted, a monster that had escaped from the Reim Coliseum captures the crying infant. This event serves as a catalyst for Ja'far, who, driven by a desperate need to protect the child, unknowingly activates the power of his Djinn, Zepar, for the first time to defeat the beast and save Kikiriku.

After being rescued, Kikiriku is unharmed and tearfully embraces Ja'far with surprising strength. This moment prompts Sinbad to remark that Ja'far has gained a "nice little brother," indicating that Kikiriku sees Ja'far as a protective older sibling, even if the feeling is not entirely mutual.

Despite his young age, Kikiriku shows a notable ability derived from his Imuchakk heritage: even as an infant, he possesses physical strength that is unusual for a child his age, though this is only demonstrated in small moments, such as when he slaps away Ja'far's hand or gives him a painfully tight hug.
