Misaki Kuno is a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Tokyo on January 19, 1993. She is affiliated with the talent agency Office Osawa. Kuno began her entertainment career as a child stage actress, appearing in productions such as the musical The Wizard of Oz and the stage show Wandering starting in 1999. At the age of ten in 2003, she made her debut as a voice actress by providing the Japanese dub voice for the Korean film Phone. In her early years in the industry, she was primarily active in dubbing foreign films and series, a field she continues to work in alongside her animation roles. Her work in anime and video games began to increase significantly around 2010.

Kuno is widely recognized for her distinctively high-pitched and youthful vocal quality, which is often described as sounding like the "real voice of a young child" and possessing a "unique presence". This characteristic has led her to be frequently cast in roles involving young children, small creatures, or characters with a childlike demeanor.
