Description
Alice Roznovski, a young Russian girl, struggled with dissociative identity disorder, manifesting an imaginary cat-like companion named Laloo to cope with familial abuse. Her life shattered when a Siberian meteor shower exposed her brother to the Medusa "virus," infecting and petrifying her entire family. In terror, Laloo physically emerged from her body and devoured her brother's pet deer. Traumatized, Alice imprisoned Laloo inside her home and set it ablaze, inadvertently dispersing Medusa particles globally through the smoke. She became her family's sole survivor.

Ivan Coral Vega of the Venus Gate organization took her into custody. Recognizing her unique Medusa-linked ability to manifest imagination into reality, Venus Gate subjected her to extensive, cruel experiments using cold sleep capsules. These experiments left her physically reduced to only her head, left arm, and a portion of her chest containing her heart and one lung, sustained by life-support systems and Medusa's power. Despite this state, she projected a ghostly, ageless apparition throughout the facility, often seen smirking at survivors' struggles or communicating with Shizuku Ishiki's monstrous form.

This projected form actively manipulated events within the facility, guiding or tormenting survivors like Marco Owen. She was guarded by a massive white rabbit automaton born from her imagination, a nod to her *Alice in Wonderland* namesake. When Zeus's forces invaded her lab, she escaped at great personal risk. Later, discovering Marco Owen's corpse, she sacrificed her remaining life energy to resurrect him, vanishing completely after this act.

Metaphysically, Alice played a pivotal role in the facility's dream manipulation systems. She utilized her abilities to imprint personalities and memories onto others, such as aiding in transferring Kasumi Ishiki's consciousness into a Medusa-created entity. This function underscored her connection to reality warping triggered by the human subconscious under Medusa's influence.
