Merun, also known as Mel, is a small golden-yellow fairy with a soft glow. She possesses long blonde hair featuring circular objects at the ends of its strands, white eyes, and pink cheek blushes, consistently depicted wearing a yellow one-piece dress and a pointed yellow hat.
Originally part of the Rattenfänger community as "The 131st Member," she was created as a living documentary to preserve the legacy of the 130 child spirits who perished in Hamelin from a natural disaster, tying her existence to the community's history and purpose as a spiritual entity intertwined with collective memory.
Merun exhibits a childlike personality marked by high curiosity, excitability, and skittishness. She struggles with complex sentences but engages in simple conversation, often mimicking the behavior of those around her.
