Description
Mimi Balgerry, also known as Mimi Balguerie, attends Keishin Academy as a fifth-grade student in class 5-D. Born on February 3rd, she is an Aquarius with blood type AB and stands 135 cm tall. Her father is French and her mother Japanese, leading her to often mix French phrases into her speech. Due to her father's work, the family moved from France to Hawaii, where she learned basketball and joined a local club. Finding adaptation difficult in Hawaii, the family relocated again to Japan, resulting in her enrollment at Keishin Academy under homeroom teacher Kagetsu.
Her basketball skills, developed through club experience in France and training in Hawaii, are advanced, described as exceeding those of the Keishin elementary team captain, Tomoka Minato. While playing basketball, she typically maintains an expressionless face and rarely displays emotions, a trait extending off the court where she generally struggles to show her feelings. She previously wore jersey number 33 in France but switched to number 10 after transferring to Keishin Academy.
Within the narrative of the second season, she emerges as one of the new fifth-grade basketball adversaries challenging the main team. Her role involves competing against the established characters, presenting challenges and growth opportunities for the team members. Her background, skills, and reserved personality remain consistent throughout her appearances.
