Description
Tsurayuki Rokuonji hails from the wealthy Rokuonji family, operators of prominent hospitals in Tokyo originating from Kawagoe. Family pressure to pursue medicine stifled his creativity, prompting him to escape by enrolling at Ōnaka University of Arts, an act that led to his effective disownment. Financial struggles from part-time work impacted his academics and mental well-being.

He lives at Share House Kitayama with fellow students Kyouya Hashiba, Aki Shino, and Nanako Kogure. Despite a lazy demeanor and seemingly lax morals, he displays exceptional talent in scenario writing, surprising peers with insightful answers. His creative aptitude shines in scriptwriting, where he exhibits both genius and dedicated effort. He frequently engages in teasing banter with Nanako Kogure, who typically responds negatively.

His development intensifies through involvement in Kyouya Hashiba's doujin game project. However, facing a crisis of confidence, he leaves university. Returning to Kawagoe, he maintains his writing passion, carrying a notebook during activities like movie outings. An intervention by Nanako Kogure and Kyouya Hashiba persuades him to resume studies at Ōnaka. Minori Saikawa occupying his former room at Share House Kitayama forces him into an apartment, where his fiancée and childhood friend, Sayuri Jisshoji, joins him.

Pursuing writing professionally, he adopts the pen name Kyouichi Kawagoe, referencing his hometown and combining the characters for "capital" and "one". A submitted manuscript wins a newcomer award, launching his career as a popular light novel author. After Minori Saikawa vacates Share House Kitayama, he uses his former room as a dedicated workspace. By 2018, he marries Sayuri Jisshoji and works as an office clerk at Rokuonji Hospital, contributing articles to the hospital blog. In certain story scenarios, such as Kyouya Hashiba marrying Aki Shino, he abandons writing entirely, highlighting variable life paths.

He possesses dark brown hair and hazel eyes, typically wearing a tan dress jacket over a red v-neck shirt with a yellow collar, paired with dark brown dress jeans and brown dress shoes.
