Kudaragi, referred to as Scud in the English version, is a minor antagonist who appears briefly in the film. A student at Domino High School, he leads a gang of misfits and bullies that terrorizes other students. Kudaragi is abusive, arrogant, and violent, displaying a sadistic enjoyment in the suffering of others. His motivations are shallow and cruel, rooted in a desire to assert dominance through intimidation. Within the story, he and his gang target the newcomer Aigami, mocking his appearance. The harassment is interrupted by Joey Wheeler, whose own past reputation as a fighter causes Kudaragi and his followers to back down momentarily. They later demand that Aigami meet them afterward, and when the gang corners him with weapons, Aigami retaliates by using the Quantum Cube to disintegrate Kudaragi and his entire group, effectively ending their role. Kudaragi’s only notable relationships are with his nameless gang members, his victim Aigami, and the brief adversarial encounter with Joey Wheeler. He undergoes no personal development or change, serving purely as a catalyst for demonstrating Aigami’s power. Kudaragi possesses no dueling ability or supernatural talent; his only asset is physical intimidation backed by numbers.
