Cicinho is a young man who serves as the charismatic and stylish leader of the air pirate troupe known as Black Ganymede. His distinctive appearance includes long red hair and flight goggles, and he typically wears a large white and blue coat with black pants and boots to match.
As the boss of an outlaw group that is the subject of an international police search, Cicinho possesses both a sharp mind and strong physical abilities.
