TV-Series
Description
Cicinho is a young man who serves as the charismatic and stylish leader of the air pirate troupe known as Black Ganymede. His distinctive appearance includes long red hair and flight goggles, and he typically wears a large white and blue coat with black pants and boots to match.

As the boss of an outlaw group that is the subject of an international police search, Cicinho possesses both a sharp mind and strong physical abilities. Despite his life of crime, he is fundamentally a good man who operates according to a personal code of honor. This code is demonstrated when he chooses to retreat from pursuing the Ferrari sisters after learning that one of them, Hozuki, is gravely injured and in need of medical attention. His crew members are not merely followers but people he rescued as children from an abusive orphanage, reflecting a compassionate side beneath his outlaw exterior.

Cicinho is initially presented as an antagonist who sets the plot in motion by attempting to capture the three Ferrari sisters in order to claim the Galileo inheritance for himself. He leads a direct assault on the sisters' home with considerable firepower, though the youngest sister Hozuki manages to escape in a giant goldfish-shaped airship. Throughout the series, his motivations evolve from simple pursuit of the inheritance to a more complex concern for Hazuki, the eldest Ferrari sister, whom he affectionately calls bambina.

His relationship with Hazuki is a key element of his character development. Cicinho develops what appears to be a romantic interest in her, and his feelings lead him to act protectively toward her. In one notable encounter, he expresses worry for her safety after a dangerous incident and offers her a place on his ship, telling her that she needs power to uphold her sense of justice and that she should remain true to herself. Hazuki in turn comes to recognize him as a better man than she initially believed.

Over the course of the story, Cicinho undergoes a notable shift from being a primary pursuer of the sisters to a more sympathetic figure who ultimately aids their cause. His sense of honor consistently guides his actions, and he shows restraint when innocent lives are at stake. By the series conclusion, he appears in a courtroom setting as an unconventional advocate for the sisters, demonstrating how far his character has traveled from his initial role as their adversary.

Notable abilities include his sharp strategic thinking, which allows him to effectively lead an outlaw organization, and his strong physical capabilities, which make him a formidable opponent in direct confrontation. He is also described as a huge football fan, a personal detail that adds a layer of ordinary humanity to his otherwise extraordinary life as a sky pirate.
