Hiroshi Kamiya is a highly acclaimed Japanese voice actor, singer, and narrator born on January 28, 1975, in Matsudo, Chiba, Japan. He has been active in the industry since 1994 and is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production.

Kamiya's path to voice acting began after high school when he enrolled in Aoni Juku, the training school affiliated with his future agency.
