TV-Series
Description
Created in AP 208 as a clone replacement after Luther possessed and compromised the original Casra, this clone secured the Council of Six's third seat by AP 230. Bound to Luther by his cloned nature, he endures profound guilt over involvement in Luther's unethical schemes, compelling him to act as a double agent. He covertly undermines Luther's plans while preserving his Council position, culminating in a pivotal role exposing Luther's experiments to ARKS leadership.

Casra exhibits a friendly, humble demeanor yet shrouds his actions and motivations in secrecy. He strategically adopts the guise of an antagonist when it fosters ARKS unity or cooperation, accepting personal cost and manipulating events from behind the scenes.

Post-Episode 3, following Luther's defeat and the Profound Darkness resolution, Casra establishes ARKS' "Intelligence Division," formally transitioning into the organization's spymaster. He coordinates intelligence-gathering and covert operations to counter emerging threats.

In combat and leadership, Casra wields the Genesis Weapon Florenberg the Luminous. Its activation generates a spiral galaxy-like mechanism functioning as a spatial portal for short-distance mass transportation. As a Council of Six member, he commands the power of Abyss, granting absolute authority to issue unbreakable orders to ARKS operatives. These commands are only countermanded by another Abyss user of equal or higher authority.

Within *Phantasy Star Online 2: Episode Oracle*, Casra appears during critical events. In Episode 6, he coordinates with Ash, Zeno, and Echo to intercept Gettemhult on Naverius and prevent Matoi's kidnapping. During Episode 7's massive assault by Dark Falz Elder, he participates in defending the ARKS fleet. Injured confronting Elder, he survives, later informs Echo of Zeno's disappearance, and maintains operational oversight. His role expands in Episodes 9 and 10's Haddred incident, where he provides Quna and Ash intelligence on the rampaging dragon's location, facilitating its resolution. Casra consistently employs the Talis as his weapon.
