TV-Series
Description
Aoi Sorano is a character who primarily serves as a team manager in the Inazuma Eleven GO series. She is introduced as a first-year student at Raimon and is a childhood friend of the main protagonist, Matsukaze Tenma. Their friendship dates back to when they were younger; Aoi first met Tenma while he was practicing with the Inazuma KFC team, and she is also his neighbor.

Physically, Aoi has short, dark blue hair and light blue eyes. In the Galaxy series, her appearance is updated slightly: her hair is longer with bangs, and she is often seen wearing a milk-white long-sleeved sweater as part of her school uniform, in addition to a blue and white tracksuit.

In terms of personality, Aoi is consistently cheerful, friendly, and always smiling. She is a caring and responsible individual who takes her duties as a manager seriously. Her relationship with Tenma is sibling-like; she is a great friend to him and often acts protectively, sometimes in a slightly bossy manner, but always with his best interests at heart. She cares deeply for the well-being of the entire team and is dedicated to supporting them.

Her primary motivation is to support the soccer team and see her friends succeed. In the Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy story, her role expands when she is chosen by Kuroiwa Ryuusei to be a manager for the new Inazuma Japan national team. In this capacity, she is instrumental in helping the team with fundamental training. She is shown to be a diligent worker, taking on many managerial tasks. Her relationship with the other manager, Mizukawa Minori, is initially distant, as Minori often stays with the coach, leaving Aoi to handle most of the bench duties alone, though Aoi is concerned about this awkwardness. Throughout the season, Aoi is present on the sidelines for matches, cheers for the team's victories, and participates in team activities, such as searching for teammates who have gone missing from the training camp.

While not a player herself, Aoi possesses notable abilities as a manager. She is highly organized and efficient, with skills that include cooking for the team and a surprising speed at sending text messages. She is also responsible for practical tasks during training, such as blowing a whistle to signal the results of a withdrawal test. Her most significant ability is her emotional intelligence and unwavering support, as she consistently provides encouragement and cares for the physical and emotional state of the team members, solidifying her role as a crucial off-field pillar for Inazuma Japan.
