Atra Mixta is a young woman from the Martian city of Chryse who becomes a pivotal member of the private security company Tekkadan, primarily serving as its head cook. Her background is one of profound poverty and hardship. Before her association with Tekkadan, she was forced to work as a cleaner in a strip club in the slums, where she was frequently bullied by the adult performers. Desperate and starving after running away, a ten-year-old Atra collapsed on the street, where she was found by Mikazuki Augus. He used his own meager funds to buy her food and, more importantly, arranged for her to work at a shop owned by a kind woman named Haba. Under Haba's care, Atra learned to read and write, a skill uncommon among the children of Chryse. Her job making deliveries to the Chryse Guard Security (CGS) group also allowed her to learn how to drive at a very young age.

Personality-wise, Atra is defined by her resilience, kindness, and a quiet but formidable inner strength forged by her difficult past. She is deeply caring and nurturing, which naturally translates into her role as the group's cook, as she finds satisfaction in supporting others through her work. Despite her gentle and often shy demeanor, she possesses a strong will and is not afraid to take decisive action. Her primary motivation throughout the story is her love for Mikazuki Augus, whom she views as her savior. This love evolves from a childhood crush into a profound, selfless devotion.
