Description
Lwai-Aura-Tibesti is the young heir to the throne of the African nation of Isla, and he serves as a supporting character in the narrative. He is a teenager with short, fluffy white hair, a braid on the right side of his head adorned with a large ring, and burgundy eyes. Typical of African nobility, he is often seen wearing three neck rings around his neck. His body is highly prosthetic, a consequence of a tragic accident caused by his adoptive brother, Salva Ene Tibesti, who mistakenly crippled Lwai and has since been searching for a way to heal him.
Lwai's background is rooted in the Tibesti tribe, and he carries a deep sense of responsibility toward his people and their heritage. Despite his turbulent past, he radiates warmth and boundless enthusiasm, embracing foreign cultures with open-minded curiosity. He is loyal and dedicated to those he cares about, and his interactions with others, especially the protagonist Kyouma Mabuchi, forge genuine cross-cultural bonds. His primary motivation is to protect his tribe and fulfill his duties as a future ruler, while also working alongside others to uncover the truth behind the powerful New Tesla Energy corporation.
As a Collector, a bounty hunter tasked with confiscating illegal coils, Lwai possesses impressive martial arts skills that he employs in numerous action-oriented confrontations. His partially prosthetic body likely grants him enhanced capabilities, though the full extent of his abilities is tied to his role in the larger struggle against corporate malfeasance. Throughout the story, Lwai develops from a keen collector of rare coils into a critical component of the resistance against New Tesla Energy, demonstrating unwavering loyalty to his friends and his cause. His relationship with his adoptive brother Salva is a central emotional thread, driving much of Lwai's personal growth and the revelations about his past.
