Description
Ethilu, also called Esri, belongs to the noble House Viekone, marked by their signature silver hair. Her bloodline bestows the D-Rank skill Aging Resistance, dramatically slowing her aging after maturity. This grants her a youthful look akin to her twenties despite her forties. She passed this trait to her son Lugh, resulting in his silver hair and high mana capacity.

Targeted in youth by an aristocrat aiming to exploit her lineage for powerful offspring, Ethilu was rescued by Cian Tuatha Dé. He kidnapped her out of affection to prevent her fate. They married and had children; Lugh is their second child, following an earlier child who died young. Ethilu initially opposed training Lugh as an assassin due to this prior loss but yielded after Cian promised to protect him.

Ethilu displays deep affection and a playful, "huge son-con" tendency toward Lugh. She frequently teased him, dressing him as a girl during childhood until he began sternly reprimanding her at age fourteen. Her adoration mixes with sadness over his rapid maturation, wishing he remained dependent longer. She actively encouraged romantic relationships between Lugh and his maid Tarte, even instructing Tarte to seduce him as a means to be useful. This provoked Lugh's intense anger. Ethilu appeared genuinely remorseful after the confrontation but soon resumed her teasing behavior, leading Lugh to question her sincerity.

Despite occasional airheadedness, Ethilu demonstrates cleverness managing family dynamics. Cian implied she holds significant authority over him, suggesting men in their family become vulnerable to women they love. Her training in the Tuatha Dé-style bridal program included self-defense skills, emphasizing that family members of assassins must protect themselves to avoid becoming liabilities. She maintains a strict separation between private life and the family's assassination work, supporting their endeavors while adhering to this boundary.

An exceptional cook acknowledged by Lugh as surpassing his own skills, Ethilu's role as a mother encompasses grief over his accelerated growth into independence, reflecting her desire to preserve familial closeness amid their dangerous profession.
