ONA
Description
Laomoto Khan is the leader of the Soukai Syndicate and the chief executive officer of the Nekosogi Fund. He is known as the Godfather of the Soukai Syndicate and the Emperor of Neo-Saitama, exerting control over the city's criminal underworld. He is an extra-standard individual possessing seven ninja souls, a collective entity referred to as the Demolition Ninja. This unusual state was achieved through a process called the Yokubari Plan, devised by Dr. Lee Araki, which allowed him to house multiple ninja souls within himself, beginning with the soul known as Buke Ninja. Dissatisfied with his original power, he sought to augment his abilities by ingesting these additional souls, granting him unsurpassed combat capabilities.

Laomoto Khan is physically fit, typically depicted with a muscular build, a mustache, and blonde or yellow hair, often seen in a suit. He is a skilled businessman who uses his ninja abilities to coerce and expand his influence during external presentations and meetings. His personality is marked by a ruthless pursuit of power and a short temper; when his schemes are thwarted by the Ninja Slayer, he becomes enraged, often causing those around him to suffer dire consequences, from debilitating fear to sudden death. He harbors a deep admiration for the legendary swordsman Miyamoto Masashi of the Heian Era, and he wields two specialized katana swords named Nanban and Karoushi, reflecting his reverence for classical swordsmanship.

His primary motivation is to consolidate his power and eliminate any threat to his rule. This drive leads him to orchestrate various evil deeds through the Soukai Syndicate, positioning him as a recurring antagonist throughout the first part of the story. He is repeatedly challenged by the Ninja Slayer, a vengeful entity seeking to destroy evil ninjas, and their conflict forms a central axis of the narrative. His key relationship is with the Ninja Slayer, who serves as his primary opposition and eventual undoing. He also employs numerous subordinates who praise and flatter him, but who are also subject to his unpredictable wrath.

As the story progresses, Laomoto Khan's reliance on his accumulated ninja souls and his authoritarian grip on Neo-Saitama define his arc. His hunger for power ultimately proves to be his weakness. In his final confrontation with the Ninja Slayer, he is defeated and, unable to continue fighting, begs for his life, offering anything. The Ninja Slayer refuses, delivering a decisive blow that sends him plummeting from a castle tower, ending his reign. His notable abilities include wielding the combined power of seven ninja souls as the Demolition Ninja, expert swordsmanship with his two katanas, and a strategic mind that manages a vast criminal syndicate.
