Masane Tsukayama is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator born on February 6, 1944, in Naha, Okinawa, Japan. He is affiliated with the theatre company Gekidan Seinenza. Tsukayama began his career in the mid-1960s, joining the theatre company in 1964 and starting his voice acting work in the early 1970s. He is known for his distinctive,沉稳柔和的低音, which has been described as both sweet and noble, allowing him to portray a wide range of characters from righteous heroes to powerful villains.

In anime, Tsukayama has lent his voice to numerous significant roles. He is well known for his portrayal of the sinister Zōken Matō in the Fate series, including the anime Fate/Zero and the film trilogy Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel. He also voiced the enigmatic Igor and the entity Yaldabaoth in the Persona 5 anime adaptations, having originated the roles in the Persona 5 video game.
