Description
Pycal is a mysterious magician of unknown origin who serves as the main antagonist of the anime. His history with Lupin begins early in the master thief's career, when he first appeared as a magician and trickster whose seemingly miraculous feats were eventually exposed by Lupin and Daisuke Jigen as cleverly constructed illusions. That first confrontation ended with Pycal believed dead, and he was presumed to have perished for a long time afterward.
In the story, Pycal makes a striking return, interrupting Lupin in the middle of stealing an extraordinary gem at a Mediterranean gathering.
