Ayumu Kishi is a friendly and hardworking second-year student at Warabi Seinan High School, dedicated to improving as a key defender on the girls' soccer club. With short black hair and grey eyes, she typically wears the school uniform: a cream vest, blue tie, and white collared shirt.

Primarily positioned as a center back and wearing jersey number 5, Ayumu commits fully to strengthening the team's defensive line. She remained loyal after several second-years departed following a practice match loss to Urawa the previous year. Ayumu actively welcomed new first-year members, competed in the practice match against Kunogi, and joined captain Eriko Tase's effort to gather information on Eiken Asuka to secure joint training with the boys' team.

When the Saitama preliminaries began, Ayumu played in the match against Asaka Trade. Seeking to enhance her defensive skills, she approached Naoko Nōmi for training advice and delivered solid performances across all three preliminary matches.
